Contact and support

You can reach us directly from the app. A category, a screenshot and an email address help us help you fastest.

The Pocket Creator app is currently available in German only. Buttons and labels appear here exactly as in the app, in German, with an English translation in brackets.

  1. Choose a categoryEinstellungen → Kontakt. Choose Fehler melden (report a bug), Verbesserungsvorschlag (suggestion), Problem or Sonstiges (other).
  2. Write your messageDescribe your request. This field is required.
  3. Add an email (optional)Then we reply by email. Without an address the reply arrives as a notification in the app.
  4. Attach a screenshot (optional)With Bild hinzufügen (Add image). Very helpful for bugs.
  5. SendTap Absenden (Send). You'll see “Nachricht gesendet” (Message sent).

How we can help you fastest

Your message is automatically linked to your device ID, so you don't need to add it when writing from the app. You can write in English.

By email

You can also write to us directly: info@pocket-creator.com. If it's about your account, data or subscription, please include your device ID. You'll find it under Einstellungen → Geräte-Kennung → Kennung kopieren (Copy ID). Without it we can't match you, because Pocket Creator doesn't create accounts with an email address.

Subscription and payments

Payments, receipts and refunds run through Apple. Request refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com. Everything else about subscriptions is in Plans and subscription.

Frequently asked questions

How quickly do you reply?

As quickly as we can. If you add an email address, the reply goes straight to your inbox.

“Nachricht fehlt” (Message missing)

The message field is empty. Write a short description of your request.

“Senden fehlgeschlagen. Bitte versuche es erneut.” (Sending failed.)

Usually the internet connection dropped briefly. Try again or email us.
