Create a post from a link
Saw an interesting article or video that fits your business? Paste the link and Pocket Creator turns it into your own branded post.

- Open post from linkErstellen → Beitrag aus Link generieren (Create a post from a link).
- Paste the linkCopy the link, then tap Einfügen (Paste) or type it into the field.
- What's it about? (optional)One sentence on what you want to make of it. Often needed for videos.
- Create the postChoose a format, then Beitrag erstellen (Create post). The app shows “Link wird gelesen…” (Reading link).

Which links work
- Articles and web pages, for example news sites or blogs. The text is read and summarised.
- YouTube, TikTok, Instagram: for videos Pocket Creator usually only knows the title and thumbnail. Then describe in one sentence under Worum geht's? (What's it about?) what it's about.
- Your own reels: if your Instagram is connected, Pocket Creator reads caption and thumbnail directly.
Pocket Creator takes the key points as topic and facts for your post. The result is a new post in your tone and style, not a copy of the original. Person and logo from your profile are added to the image automatically.
Mind the rights: Pocket Creator uses the content as inspiration and rewrites it. Don't copy other people's images or verbatim quotes into your caption without naming the source.
Format
Einzelbild (single image) or Bilderreihe (carousel). Carousels come with Pro. On the free plan they show a lock and “PRO”.
What it costs
A post from a link counts like your own idea: on the free plan it uses your own-idea image (1 per month), on paid plans one image from your quota, a carousel four. Failed images are refunded.
When the link doesn't work

How do I credit the source?
After creating the post, add it to the caption via Bearbeiten (Edit) in the gallery.
Can I paste several links at once?
No, one link per post.
