Managing your business information
Everything Pocket Creator knows about your business lives under “Profil” (Profile). The better these details are, the better your images and texts fit. Changes apply to all new posts.
The Pocket Creator app is currently available in German only. Buttons and labels appear here exactly as in the app, in German, with an English translation in brackets.
- Open your profileTap Profil (Profile) in the bottom bar.
- Logo and photoUnder Logo & Foto you upload both or swap them with Ändern (Change).
- IdentityName, industry and audience. Change them with Bearbeiten (Edit), apply with Speichern (Save).
- ToneLocker (casual), Seriös (professional) or Provokant (bold): how your captions sound.
- Brand coloursPick a primary and an accent colour from the palette or enter a colour code.
- AI labelTurns the small AI mark on your images on or off.

The sections of your profile
The Profil tab shows your business information from top to bottom:
- Logo & Foto (logo and photo)
- Dein Stil (your style), the look of your images. See Your style.
- Identität (identity): name / brand, industry, audience
- KI-Vermerk (AI label)
- Tonalität (tone)
- Über dein Geschäft (about your business)
- Deine Homepage (your website). See Read your website.
- Markenfarben (brand colours)
Logo and photo
- Logo: Hochladen (Upload) or Ändern (Change). A saved logo goes into every image. In photo-style images Pocket Creator tries to place it in the scene, otherwise it sits as a small badge at the top right. Choose a square logo; the app crops it to a square when you upload it.
- Photo of you: lets Pocket Creator show you in posts. Before your first photo the app asks for your consent: you confirm that Pocket Creator may process photos of you and that only you are shown. For later photos a short question “Wer ist auf dem Foto?” (Who is in the photo?) with Ja, bestätige ich (Yes, I confirm) is enough.
A good reference photo: only you, face clearly visible, natural light, no sunglasses. The photo serves as a template so you're recognisable in the images.
Identity
Tap Bearbeiten, change Name / Marke, Branche (industry) or Zielgruppe (audience) and tap Speichern. Industry is a free text field here, so you can be more precise than during setup, for example “patisserie with café” instead of “food & drink”.
The audience is especially worthwhile: “families and students in Dresden” leads to different texts than “business customers in the region”.
Tone
Under Wie soll dein Content klingen? (How should your content sound?) you choose:

The choice applies immediately to all new posts. Posts you've already created stay as they are. You can have their caption rewritten in the gallery.
About your business
Up to 500 characters, applied with Speichern. Write what you offer, what makes you special and where you are. Concrete details such as products, prices, opening hours or specialities show up later in your posts.
Brand colours
Above it the app says your brand colours are used for the generated content. Tap Primärfarbe (primary colour) or Akzentfarbe (accent colour) and choose one of the 24 palette colours. Under Oder eigenen Farbcode eingeben (Or enter your own colour code) you type a hex code such as #D98A2B and confirm with OK. Löschen (Delete) removes both colours. If you've chosen a style, your brand colours replace its colours.
Colours are applied when you leave the business information with Zurück (Back) at the bottom.
AI label
The switch KI-Wasserzeichen wird automatisch hinzugefügt (AI watermark is added automatically) is on by default. Photo-style images then get a small AI mark at the bottom right. The info icon explains the background: the labelling requirement under the EU AI Act. All images always carry an invisible “made with AI” marker, regardless of the switch.
Frequently asked questions
Do my old posts change when I adjust something?
No. Changes apply to new posts. You can regenerate existing ones in the gallery (from Pro).
How do I remove my photo?
Via Einstellungen → Referenzfotos und Einwilligung löschen. This deletes all photos of you and your consent. See Data and account.
How do I delete everything at once?
With Einstellungen → Konto und alle Daten löschen. This removes your business information along with all other data. See Data and account.
